These gentle sessions offer time to pause, breathe, and find a sense of calm and steadiness. There is nothing you need to prepare, and nothing you need to be good at. Just come as you are.
The programme includes online mindful meditation taster sessions, a longer practical workshop, and an in-person forest bathing experience in a peaceful woodland setting.
