We’re pleased to invite you to the next Worthing Blood Cancer Support Group meeting, open to anyone affected by a blood cancer diagnosis – patients, carers, family, and friends are all welcome.

🌿 Guest Speaker: Gabrielle Bignell – Massage Therapist & Project Lead

We’re delighted to welcome Gabrielle (Gabby) Bignell as our guest speaker this month. Gabby will be sharing her expertise on the benefits of massage for relaxation and wellbeing.

During the session, Gabby will:
✨ Introduce simple relaxation techniques
✨ Explain how massage therapy can support those living with or beyond cancer
✨ Demonstrate easy self-massage techniques you can try yourself

This will be a relaxed and practical session, offering valuable tips you can take away to help manage stress and promote relaxation.
