Mindful Meditation & Forest Bathing Sessions

Sussex Cancer Fund is pleased to offer Forest Bathing and online mindfulness sessions with Eve Wren for people affected by cancer.

The feedback has been great, and we’d love more of you to enjoy these opportunities to pause, relax and take some time for yourselves.

🌿 Forest Bathing – Friday 9 October 2026, 12.30–5.00pm

Join Eve for a gentle guided experience in nature, with opportunities to slow down, breathe and connect with your surroundings through your senses. There’s no swimming involved – just time to enjoy the woodland at a gentle pace.

💻 Online mindfulness sessions for patients

Join Eve online for an hour of guided mindfulness and meditation, with space to pause and focus on your wellbeing from the comfort of home.

About Eve Wren

The sessions will be led by Eve Wren, a mindfulness and meditation teacher who specialises in supporting people affected by cancer.

Alongside her professional training, Eve brings her own lived experience, which shapes the warmth, care and understanding she brings to her sessions. She has worked with patients and carers through Macmillan Cancer Support, as well as with teams at Cancer Research UK.

Eve’s sessions are known for being welcoming, practical and supportive, with many people leaving with simple techniques they can use in everyday life.
