A regular sight in the Sussex Cancer Centre are the fabulous knitted Bunnies and friends, made by one of our longstanding supporters Carole Simmonds. The very talented Carole has been making the bunnies for us for the last couple of years and they always prove extremely popular with visitors helping raise vital funds for SCF. Each Bunny takes three days to make and come in a variety of colours. Carole is a member of the Mid Sussex Bowel Cancer support group but wanted to help raise funds for Cancer patients throughout Sussex through SCF.
Joining the Bunnies this time were some cosy baby comforters and warm socks created by Mrs Evelyne Peacock.
We would like to say a big thank you to Carole & Evelyne for lovingly making the toys and also to all those that have bought them, we hope you enjoy them as much as we love having them here.
