Hayley Nieuwoudt is taking on the ‘Dry January’ challenge this month to raise money for the Sussex Cancer Fund!
As part of the challenge, she will not touch a drop of alcohol until the 1st of February and is encouraging friends, family, colleagues and the wider public to help her reach her fundraising goal of £300.
Hayley said the fact that her Mum works at SCF, and that she wanted to help a good cause, were the main reasons why she decided to take part in Dry January:
“I am taking part in the dry January challenge this month, at first it was just to be a little healthier… however I thought why not try and raise a few £££ for a good cause at the same time! My mum works at the Sussex cancer unit and they all work so hard so it is great to know that any donations will go directly to support them.”
