Sussex Cancer Fund named finalists in the Smiley Charity Film Awards 2026 🎬

We are delighted to announce that Sussex Cancer Fund’s film Not Just A Story has been shortlisted in the 2026 Smiley Charity Film Awards, making us official finalists in the £500,000 – £1 million charity category.

A huge thank you to everyone who watched, shared and voted for us in the first round. Your support has helped us reach this stage, and we are incredibly grateful.

What happens next?

Our film will now be reviewed by the judging panel, and a second round of public voting is opening to help amplify finalist films even further.

• Winners announced: 29 April 2026

First round votes still count, and supporters can vote again in round two.
