What to expect: Natural and manmade obstacles, plus woods, rivers, streams, deep muddy bogs and plenty of muddy surprises.

NEW for 2026: Family 3km price – 2 adults + 2 children (aged 10–16) £120 (limited spaces).
Mud Monsters Ninjas (Kids run)
A brilliant, muddy obstacle challenge for younger runners too (with options for assisting adults).

- Spectators are free – bring a cheering squad
- Onsite parking (a short walk from the event village) – £5 per car
