Agenda:
- Dr Anna Olson-Brown: Current and Future Skin Cancer Trials Gain insight into the latest developments in skin cancer research and the trials shaping future treatments.
- Dr Cressida Lorimer: The BRITER Study Explore how this study investigates predicting changes in quality of life for older patients with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumour, undergoing radiotherapy.
- Dr Frances Pearl:
- Advanced Computer Models in Treatment Prediction: Learn how AI and advanced modelling are used to determine which patients may benefit from specific treatments.
- Cancer of Unknown Primary (CUP) Sequencing Study: An introduction to groundbreaking research aiming to uncover the origins of cancers with an unknown primary source.
- Patient Representative (Gynaecology Cancer): Hear a personal perspective on being involved in a clinical trial and its impact.
- Research Champion & Research Nurse Team: Understand the critical roles of research champions and nurses in supporting and advancing clinical research.
- A light buffet lunch will be provided.
