We’re excited to invite you to our next Worthing Blood Cancer Support Group meeting on:

This month’s session offers a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes with a guided tour of the Pathology Laboratories at Worthing Hospital, led by Omar Al-Jeboori, Biomedical Scientist at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.

🔬 You’ll get to:

• See first-hand how blood tests are processed

• Discover more about the crucial role pathology plays in diagnosis and monitoring

• Ask questions and better understand what happens to your samples once they’re taken

This is a fantastic chance to learn more about the science behind the care – in a relaxed and friendly setting.

As always, our group is open to patients, carers, family, and friends, and offers a welcoming space to connect with others affected by a blood cancer diagnosis.
