We are delighted that Chloe Elphick a runner from Shoreham by Sea has chosen to run for the Sussex Cancer Fund this year. Chloe has been running since 2016 and has completed two full and several half marathons. This year she will be running the Big Half in London, the Brighton Half marathon and the Manchester marathon in April.
Chloe’s Story
I enjoy running and knowing that I’m raising money whilst doing it, and this year I hope to raise as much money as I can for your charity. The reason being my friend’s father used to visit you when he was alive and I want other people to have the same opportunity to receive care, should they need it. I also have a friend who has been battling cancer for a few years and I lost my cousin to a brain tumour at a young age so this is a charity that is close to home and one I want to raise money for.
